Common questions
OEM & ODM FAQ
Can I put my own brand logo on the LED strips?
Yes. We support silk-screen printing, laser engraving and custom label printing on PCB, reels and packaging. Minimum order for custom logo starts at 500m.
What is the typical sample lead time?
Standard modification samples take 5–7 days. Custom PCB or new spec samples take 10–15 days. Full ODM prototype development takes 15–25 days depending on complexity.
Do you provide certificates for my market?
We provide CE, RoHS, FCC and other applicable documentation per product model. UL, ETL and market-specific certifications can be arranged for OEM projects with sufficient volume.
Can I customize packaging and manuals?
Absolutely. We support custom box design, blister packaging, reel labels, multi-language manuals and retail-ready packaging. Share your brand guidelines and we'll prepare mockups.
What payment terms do you offer for OEM?
Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. For established partners and larger orders, we can discuss L/C or other flexible terms. All prices are FOB Shenzhen unless otherwise specified.
